PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments by executing payment processes in full compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Utilize efficient analytical tools to generate monthly management reports, including cost analysis and key operational indicators.
• Consolidate monthly operational data and present performance reports to management and cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and follow up on project execution progress on a monthly basis; propose annual procurement plans based on operational needs.
• Optimize asset and spare parts management costs through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Logistics, Finance or related fields is plus
• 2 Minimum of 2 years of work experience in supply chain or logistics industry
• Microsoft Office Excel SAP Proficiency in Microsoft, OFFICE especially EXCEL, understanding on SAP system and data analysis techniques
• Detail and results-oriented with strong execution, organization, and communication (presentation, verbal, and written) skills
• Intermediate proficient in spoken and written English communication
