- 預先評估並即時提出替代方案,保持與高階團隊有效溝通。
- 資源與支援爭取:
- 與高階團隊有效溝通,爭取專案所需資源與支援。
- 專案進度監控:
- 持續監控專案進度,確保按時完成專案目標。
- 定期向高階團隊報告專案進展情況。
