Role: Director of Transformation

Function: Global Procurement and Payments, Corporate Finance

Scope: Global with focus on Asia

THE ROLE

The Director of Transformation plays a critical role in advancing the evolution of Global Procurement & Payments (GPP) by leading complex, multimarket transformation initiatives. This role works with a cross-functional team and partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to modernize SourcetoPay capabilities, improve operational effectiveness, and strengthen governance across the procurement lifecycle. The Director acts as a change leader and internal consultant, translating global vision into local execution.

What You Will Do

Transformation Leadership

• Lead largescale procurement and SourcetoPay transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Translate enterpriselevel strategy into executable regional roadmaps, balancing global standards with local business needs.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the Global Procurement & Payments operating model, with a focus on clarity of roles, governance, and decision rights.

Stakeholder Partnership & Change Management

• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness planning.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and governance forums to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Proactively gather feedback from end users and partners to continuously improve processes and solutions.
• Build strong crossfunctional partnerships to drive adoption and sustain transformation outcomes.

Execution & DaytoDay Leadership

• Provide handson problem solving, particularly in complex, ambiguous, or highrisk areas of the transformation.
• Own daytoday program execution, including work planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams and external partners to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Mentor and guide project resources, fostering strong delivery capability and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, or largescale business transformation
• Proven experience leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives in a global or regional environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills including story-lining and slide making
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
