Job Description

Account Sales Director
Responsibilities Of This Position
- Provide annual account plan, including key account vision, mission, goal, SWOT analysis, account strategies, organization, ecosystem, and the strategy based on overall account understanding to achieve annual business target and long-term account development
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Working with internal team to ensure the highest product quality to meet key client needs and resolve their issues and complaints
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines and managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients inside or outside the client organization
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Previous experience in network security. Knowledgeable in the following technologies WAF, CDN, DNS, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Prevention s preferred but not necessary.
