Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer disbursements, aligned with the company's mission and objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships, and communicate product updates, roadblocks, and achievements to senior executive leadership internally and externally. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful launch and adoption. Manage product governance, risk and all relevant vendors used to deliver these services. Manage a number of workstreams needed to deliver the solution, manage transition of existing account holders and ongoing management of the program. Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 12+ years of product management experience, preferably in the Treasury services payments product suite, etc. Proven track record of leading and launching successful products or complex programs that solve customer problems and drive business growth. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, and ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization. Experience with agile product development methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with commercialization, go-to-market, and profit and loss management of products, and ability to optimize product performance, pricing, and profitability.
