About Us

OBOOK Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: OWLS) has completed a direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market, marking a milestone for blockchain-integrated financial services. OwlPay is a leading player in the stablecoin market, offering fast, cost-effective, and compliant cross-border payment solutions.

We are seeking a Senior PR Specialist with strong strategic thinking, media insight, and cross-border communication skills to lead corporate communications, brand reputation, and media relations across the group's diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder & Executive Communications

Serve as the communication bridge between the group and external stakeholders (government agencies, corporate partners, etc.).

Support CEO and senior executives with public speeches, interview materials, talking points, and presentations.

Manage internal communications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

2. Media Relations & Issues Management

Demonstrate strong media pitching capability, consistently secure high-impact earned coverage in top-tier business and financial media.

Build and maintain strong relationships with mainstream media, industry journalists, and key opinion leaders.

Demonstrate strong news judgment; proactively identify story angles, craft press materials, and respond to media inquiries.

Monitor media sentiment and provide recommendations for issue and crisis management.

3. PR Strategy Development & Execution

Develop annual PR strategies and action plans aligned with group brand positioning.

Manage communications across multiple business units, including FinTech, blockchain, and SaaS.

Strengthen corporate reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging.

4. PR Content Creation & Document Management

Write and edit press releases, statements, interview briefs, FAQs, and feature articles.

Develop communication materials for major announcements, product launches, and campaigns.

5. Events & Brand Exposure Planning

Plan PR campaigns, press conferences, media events, and industry forums.

Support integrated marketing/PR projects across different business units.

Coordinate with third-party partners such as associations, media agencies, and collaborators.

6. Global Communications Support

Support PR and communication needs for OwlPay and OwlTing Group in overseas markets.

Engage with international media and drive cross-region visibility initiatives.

Produce high-quality English content for global external communications.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in PR, media, corporate communications, or PR agencies.

Strong familiarity with Taiwan's media landscape and established relationships with local business and financial journalists.

Solid understanding of Taiwan's capital market environment and related media dynamics.

Strong pitch skills with proven track records in securing top-tier business and financial media outlets for earned coverage.

Ability to independently craft press releases, thought-leadership articles, and interview materials.

Familiarity with social media management, third-party partnerships, and brand communication fundamentals.

Strong content development skills: copywriting, press materials, speeches, talking points, and Q&A documents.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Strong English proficiency, with capability to handle international communications.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in IPO-related communications, spanning pre- and post-listing periods.

Experience in public companies or managing PR crises.

Hands-on experience with large-scale branding projects, major press events, or cross-border activations.

PR experience in FinTech, technology, finance, blockchain, or startups

International media exposure or overseas PR experience.
