Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Qualifications
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineeringrefrigeration and air conditioning and energy engineering or related qualification such as project management or construction managementworking knowledge of principles and practices of project management.
Knowledge of principles and practices of business administration, electrical and mechanical systems, procurement and contracts
Experience in construction, facility maintenance, property and utilities management and all facets of facility operation
Supervisory, financial, budgeting experience and emergency preparedness
Solid computer and systems knowledge sound knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
License:
