The Job

  • Support in shaping network initiatives to expand and enhance the medical provider network locally and crossborder.

  • Be customer centric, provide insights on provider performance, medical cost trends, and market developments to guide decisionmaking.

  • Identify partnership opportunities, negotiate competitive terms, and maintain a differentiated, highquality network offering.

  • Manage service quality and operations

  • Partner with Health Services and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments on service development or manage related initiatives

  • Channel communication and engagement

  • Take up ad hoc projects as stipulated by manager

The Person

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare Services or equivalent

  • At least 12 years of medical services experience gained within healthcare or insurance industry

  • Excellent communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese reading and writing is a must.

  • Strong project management skills, accuracy and attention to details

  • Self-motivated, organized, and a committed team player

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress

  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
