Key accountabilities
- Work with the Group Head of TA in talent acquisition strategies including planning, budgeting and delivery of required talent for FWD
- Build strong and effective direct sourcing strategies
- Build strong connection with candidates in Insurance and Financial Institutions areas
- Build talent pipelines particularly for high-risk roles
- Manage senior stakeholder is a key responsibilities of this role
- Work with key stakeholders across HR and in the business to ensure the talent needs of the organisation are met in an effective and high-quality manner including strategic hiring and volume hiring
- Responsible for the Junior Talent program including the design and implementation.
- Responsible for the TA projects and program
- Optimise the Talent Acquisition process with the objective of increasing internal hiring where it makes sense.
- Build the Talent Acquisition policies and review the existing Talent Acquisition process, and enhances system across FWD
- Develop and manage a high quality on-boarding process for FWD
- Build effective sourcing strategies and bring down the cost of talent acquisition across the organisation
- Own and develop employer branding in conjunction with the communications, marketing and HR teams across FWD, including our presence in digital and social media platforms
- Use internal resources and technology to develop insightful MIS that is useful for developing strategy and an aid to decision making for FWD
- Develop and manage high quality vendor partnerships including executive search firms, online platforms and other recruitment vendors
- Work and collaborate closely and effectively with HR teams particularly HRBP and Total Rewards team on talent acquisition
- Prepare compensation offer to candidates following the company compensation philosophy and practice.
- Work with the wider HR team in developing appropriate assessment mechanisms that are aligned across FWD
- Support the FWD Diversity agenda through Talent Acquisition activities
Qualifications / experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking tools, HRIS, internet, other research tools. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage
- Competence in Talent Acquisition intelligence with hands-on on leadership, niche and strategic hiring.
- Knowledge of a variety of sourcing channels, including latest sourcing trends and networking techniques such as LinkedIn, behavioural and competency based interviewing including ability to educate hiring managers in these skills
- Evolved communication, consultative and negotiating skills.

- Experience having worked in a corporate environment and international companies a must
- Experience in-house TA in insurance and / or financial institutions
- Excellent communication skills
- High fluency in written and spoken English
