Job Summary

The incumbent will lead the digital marketing strategy and performance for Hong Kong's Digital Commerce - driving acquisition, retention, and crosssell through datadriven campaigns, content innovation, and journey orchestration - so FWD captures rapid market growth and builds a leading digital brand presence.

The Job

  • Set the digital marketing vision and performance plan for Digital Commerce (acquisition, retention, crosssell) across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels
  • Maxi leads generated quantity and quality via targeted campaign, social media, search, etc. Optimize the CRM output with segmentation, data analytics, propensity model, and personalization to improve ROI
  • Develop content and social strategies that elevate FWD's digital brand, value propositions, and product GTM storytelling
  • Improve continuously on UX/UI and acquisition and nurturing journey with Growth/Design implement marketing automation and lifecycle orchestration (triggers, nurtures, winbacks)
  • Own the measurement framework (multitouch attribution, CAC/LTV, ROAS) build dashboards and enforce testandlearn roadmaps
  • Plan and execute comarketing with ecosystem partners, aligning messaging, shared KPIs, and efficient media mix
  • Collaborate with local and group stakeholders, and Digital Selling team to orchestrate leads flow efficiently from end to end
  • Ensure compliance and privacy standards (claims, disclosures, consent, data usage) across all marketing activities
  • Build and mentor a highperforming team (Analytics, Products, Social/Content), fostering innovation and professional development aligned to the team's growth goals

The Person

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or online brokerage
  • Strong in designing creative content, product selling angles/ stories, and social/community engagement
  • Proven success managing senior stakeholders and aligning strategies across local and group levels
  • Experience leading analyticsdriven marketing teams and performance media
  • Advanced campaign orchestration, segmentation, and personalization
  • MarTech/AdTech stack (CDP/CRM, tagging, analytics, experimentation)
