Job Description
Strategic Business Leadership
- Lead Turner & Townsend&aposs data centre business in Taiwan with full accountability for growth, delivery, and client success.
- Define and implement a local strategy aligned with regional priorities, with a strong focus on market opportunity and commercial outcomes.
- Monitor and respond to market trends, positioning the business to support hyperscalers, colocation providers, and local developers.
Client & Market Engagement
- Serve as the senior client interface for key data centre clients in Taiwan.
- Drive client development, strategic pursuits, and trusted advisory relationships.
- Lead high-quality proposals, negotiations, and thought leadership in the market.
Project Delivery Oversight
- Provide oversight across project portfolios to ensure high-quality, integrated delivery.
- Collaborate with service line leads to manage risk, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Uphold Turner & Townsend&aposs reputation for excellence, integrity, and results.
Team & Capability Building
- Build and lead a high-performing local team, nurturing a culture of ownership, growth, and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop staff, ensuring career progression and local capability.
- Foster strong regional connectivity and knowledge-sharing.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the North Asia leadership team to align strategy, unlock opportunities, and support regional initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning, performance reviews, and strategic decision-making.
