Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology clinical studies and programs, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders, building strong client relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive cross-functional global teams to achieve study milestones, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Lead complex multinational and multi-regional clinical trials (MRCTs), ensuring successful execution across regions including China, the US, and Europe.
- Influence and drive results across a global matrix organization without direct reporting authority.
- Support business development activities, including RFP responses, bid defenses, client presentations, and strategic account growth initiatives.
- Partner with sponsors to understand development strategies and deliver tailored project solutions.
- Contribute to client retention, expansion, and new business opportunities.
- 10+ years of project management experience within CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations, including 7+ years independently leading global clinical projects/programs.
- Strong oncology clinical trial experience is required.
- Proven track record serving as a Project Lead (PL) for complex global and multi-regional clinical studies (MRCTs).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
