Job Description

Purpose of the Position

  • Partner with regional/territory manager and key stakeholders to develop and execute on both short-term and long-term people strategy that supports business objectives. Provide total people & culture solution for region/territory's business, including coaching business leaders and collaborate with HR colleagues to enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of the implementation of corporate HR program in sales and service branch offices and departments within responsible territory through lead and coach international HR teams in execution, processes and strategic initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, mobility management, and compensation planning).
  • Share customer feedback on people programs with centers of excellence to support formulation and implementation plan of practical people program.
  • Review HR operation procedure to ensure all HR operations in the territory adhere to law and corporate regulations and oversee HR management issues including employee relations, policy interpretation and organizational effectiveness escalated from branch offices.
  • Partner with Regional and Territory managers and provide 1on1 coach as a subject matter expert in a variety of people functions/programs to ensure the alignment between leadership for the enablement of people management program.
  • Manage and develop HR key talents of the territory by driving their engagement with global HR community via sharing across countries and facilitating their continuous alignment with biz managers.
  • Facilitate discussion of People related agenda with Regional and Territory Managers to craft organization-wide people strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in international HR management and HR Business Partner roles.
  • 8+ years of experience leading and managing HR teams.
  • APAC regional HR management experience is highly preferred.
