The Job

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Execute and deliver on partnerdefined sales targets across MPF, EB, GI, and FinancialPlanning lines.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to expanddistribution reach.

  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve cross-sell and up-sell penetration within the agency force.

2. Distribution & Channel Management

  • Strengthen relationships with agency leaders, top producers, and key influencers todrive Non-Life product adoption.

  • Support agency recruitment, onboarding, and capability building for Non-Lifespecialists.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance channel productivity andcompetitiveness.

  • Lead discussions with external partners (service providers, fund houses, GI partners,MPF trustees) to enhance propositions.

  • Ensure Non-Life solutions remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with marketneeds.

3. Sales Enablement & Performance Management

  • Develop and execute sales programs, contests, and incentive schemes to boostNon-Life business performance.

  • Monitor KPIs and business results prepare regular performance reviews and executiveupdates.

  • Attend and present in meetings with both existing and new clients.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields preferably as a registered MPF intermediary.

  • At least 10 years of business development experience in relevant experience with minimum 3 years in managerial role.

  • Proven track record in driving business growth and managing distribution channels.

  • Experience working with agency force or alternative distribution partners is a strong advantage.

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors.

  • Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, relationship building, communication and execution.

  • Excellent presentation skill.

  • Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Less experience candidates will be considered as Associate Director.
