Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital, Analysis and Operation (DAO)Te am to support operations and workflow governance and enhancement

  • Take lead for the implementation of training digitalization strategy to facilitate Agency channels to accomplish business goals.

  • Drive innovation and agency technological solutions through integrating and managing various digitalization and automation projects

  • Monitor the development of ManuAcademy projects with external vendor and IT department to ensure meeting of strategic outcomes

  • Design strategies to enhance agencies usage and knowledge of ManuAcademy

  • Develop short-term and long-term plans with Department Head on section and department structure, policies, training & development strategies, and service benchmarks in order to accomplish the Company mission and training mission

  • Support Department Head and Team Heads as a coordinator to plan and executive eLearning strategies to Agency to enhance and improve continuously their activity and productivity

  • Prepare business performance, training effectiveness report, management report and conduct relevant business analysis

  • Manage and maintain the Training Centre and room booking system

  • Assist Department Head to prepare strategy KPIs, budget and coordinate action plans with strategy team

  • Prepare annual budget for respective functional teams

  • Support for the training competency development of trainers in the department

  • Plan and organize the work of subordinates to ensure that performance objectives established are achieved

  • Develop team members core competencies and assess development needs

Required Qualifications:

  • University / College graduate plus 10 years relevant experience, including 6 years managerial exposure

  • Prior experience working with Learning Management System and eLearning content development project strongly preferred

  • Proficient in written & spoken English

  • Knowledge in insurance industry preferred

  • PC and Mac skills in some office operating software

  • Good management skills

  • Proactive, mature, initiative, customer service oriented, willing and able to learn, team player, trustworthy
