Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the design and development of core modules of the DIATwin Digital Twin platform. 2. Develop software products using Qt / C++ 3. Develop Digital Twin applications for PLCs, robots, and motion control systems. 4. Participate in Sprint planning, technical design discussions, and progress tracking. Basic Qualifications 1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development, with experience participating in projects, product, or solution-level development 2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, multithreaded programming, design patterns, and MVC or similar architectural frameworks 3. Ability to read, understand, and maintain existing codebases, rather than rewriting from scratch 4. Hands-on experience integrating PLCs, robots, or motion control systems Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with 3D CAD systems, OpenGL, or 3D engines 2. Experience working on smart manufacturing, industrial equipment software, or factory system projects 3. Ability to clearly articulate technical viewpoints and engage in constructive discussions, while being open to alternative approaches 4. Experience collaborating with front-end, back-end, or cross-disciplinary teams to jointly define system or software architecture
