Purpose of this Position
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth in the Asia Pacific market. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and a strong data-driven mindset. You will manage the full digital marketing ecosystem including owned, paid, and earned media to ensure consistent storytelling, strong audience engagement, and measurable results.
Success in this role will be measured by your capability to combine data analytics, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration with effective management of internal teams and external vendors ultimately driving lead generation, business impact and consistent, high-quality brand messaging.
Major Areas of Responsibility
I.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Spearhead and formulate integrated omni-channel B2B digital marketing strategies and programs to drive brand awareness, high-quality lead generation, and ensure alignment with regional and global business objectives.
- Oversee and direct the strategic development of marketing content and promotional assets (e.g., online ads, white papers, eBooks, videos, case studies, dedicated landing pages, etc.) to support campaign objectives.
II. Operational Management & Efficiency
- Manage and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing), ensuring efforts achieve maximized ROI and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to enhance overall marketing efficiency and resource allocation.
III. Data Analytics & Insights
- Leverage GA4, CRM, and marketing automation tools to establish a performance monitoring and analysis framework, with the goal of insights and informing continuous optimization of strategy and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive marketing performance evaluations, utilizing marketing data and market trend insights to formulate concrete and actionable strategic recommendations.
IV. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Engage in deep collaboration with key internal stakeholders (including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams) to ensure marketing initiatives fully support business goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience journey.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- GA4 certification and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in tracking, measuring, and improving marketing performance.
- Excellent project management and execution skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to collaborate effectively, integrating diverse stakeholder feedback.
- TOIEC: 800+ ; proficient in both verbal and written communication. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
