Digital Marketing Associate Specialist to support our day-to-day operation of digital activation campaign including consumer and healthcare professional (HCP) engagements across Asia-Pacific markets. This role combines social media management, omnichannel campaign operation, and data-driven campaign analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background working on the agency side and possess a strong understanding of media planning and data analytics, along with operational excellence collaborating across multiple teams. The candidate is based in Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage daily company owned social media activities including planning, scheduling, publishing, monitoring interactions, and community management of various platforms across APAC markets
- Plan and develop social media content and campaigns
- Media Planning and Deployment
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital activation including consumer and HCP engagement
- Stay up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis
- Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide data-backed actionable insights
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Legal and Medical to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign execution
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and related policies
