Job Description

Were looking for a Digital Experience Specialist who can optimize user journeys and content performance across ASUS digital and social channels. This role ensures seamless transitions from discovery to commerce, helping users move effortlessly from inspiration to action. Youll be the architect of cross-channel experiences that convert attention into engagement and engagement into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize channel strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok defining content formats, publishing rhythms, and SEO best practices.
  • Optimize shopper journeys within and across channels, ensuring frictionless movement from social discovery to website interaction and purchase.
  • Lead personalization pilots that tailor content and experiences based on user behavior, segment, and lifecycle stage.
  • Collaborate with CRM, eShop, and content teams to align messaging and UX across touchpoints.
  • Own and improve key metrics including:
  • Social SEO optimization
  • Social-to-website click-through rate (CTR)
  • Website engaged sessions, key event %, add-to-cart %

What You Bring

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimize digital journeys across social and owned platforms.
  • Experience using behavioral data to inform UX and content decisions.
  • Familiarity with personalization frameworks and tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social SEO and how it drives discoverability and engagement.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Bonus: Social performance tools (Emplifi, VidIQ, etc.).

  • Systems thinker who can connect dots across platforms, teams, and user behaviors.

  • A portfolio or case studies showing how youve improved user journeys and content performance across channels.

A Day in the Life

You start your day reviewing the performance of a multi-channel campaign, assessing how well the experience design is driving users from social inspiration to site engagement. You meet with regional leads to align on upcoming launches, ensuring each markets content and journey strategy ladders up to the global vision. Midday, you collaborate with CRM and eShop stakeholders to shape a personalization roadmap that balances user value with business impact. Later, you review creative concepts for an upcoming product drop, guiding the team to ensure every touchpoint, from TikTok teaser to checkout flow, reflects the brand and drives conversion. You end the day refining a strategic framework for cross-channel experience measurement, helping the organization move from intuition to insight.
