Responsibilities
1. Serve as a business expert in the customer's industry, comprehensively sort out and diagnose the complex business of industry customers, and combine Feishu to create industry practices, establish industry benchmarks, and form industry influence 2. Provide customers with consulting services related to improving corporate business efficiency, identify customers key business scenarios, determine solutions and implementation plans, and use Feishu and related tools to improve organizational effectiveness for customers 3. Combine Feishu and related tools to implement best practices for customers, accumulate industry solutions and ensure that the solutions are replicable, continue to practice and promote new product capabilities, and be responsible for commercialization 4. Have conversations with customer executives to ensure that customer executives have a clear perception of the value of Feishu products.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in industry management consulting, IT consulting and digital transformation implementation is preferred 2. Familiar with consulting and implementation methods such as enterprise business efficiency improvement/business digital transformation, etc., and have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, high-level liaison and communication skills, and can establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with senior customers 4. Have certain ability to write industry business plans and digital plan documents 5. Strong thirst for knowledge, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork skills 6. Have certain ability to discover cross-selling opportunities, and have knowledge in AI-related fields.
