We are looking for a Digital Account Management Specialist to join our Account Management in Taipei. This is an amazing opportunity to work on IP related products and solutions of Clarivate. The team is reporting to the Director, Segment Sales. We have a great skill set in ToB sales, we would love to speak with you if you have skills in sales and business development.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
It would be great if you also have . . .
- Related industry or SAAS software service sales experience is preferred
- Master degree or above education background, Science and engineering background is preferred
- Patent agent or industry background is preferred
- International company background is plus
What will you be doing in this role
- Engage with existing small-scale customers through various digital sales channels to identify opportunities for growth and address their specific needs, ensuring comprehensive support.
- Introduce and promote product solutions to existing customers through phone calls, webinars, and other digital channels, to drive adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with regional customers through regular digital communication, exceptional service, and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide reports and pertinent information to customers, offering insights and recommendations to support their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with management to apply sales and territory plans, focusing on achieving sales targets, market expansion, and new business opportunities.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
