The Position

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to increase Roche penetration in the POC diagnostic

  • market maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot customer problems

  • Generate demand and maximize product awareness among customers

  • Provide and coordinate all commercial activities in collaboration with various internal and

  • external stakeholders such as distributors to catalyze sales strategy and enhance customer

  • engagement and satisfaction

  • Conduct and organize necessary business analysis and territory planning

  • Communicate competitive market information internally

  • Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.

  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Basic Requirements of the Job

Education:

  • University graduate or above in Medical Technology, Medical Device, Life Science or equivalent.

Experience :

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the POC diagnostic market, products including but not limited to hospital blood glucose, blood gas, POC clinical chemistry, immunology, coagulation.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of value-based selling and stakeholder, account and distributor management for POC diagnostic products.

  • Leadership skills:

    • Growth mindset and a high level of perseverance

    • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

    • Ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively

    • Effective strategic planning and organizational skills

    • Self-motivating and able to work independently

    • Great inter-personal skills and the ability to handle conflicts

    • Strong sense of integrity

  • General knowledge of marketing and product management

  • Fluent in English
