Molex is seeking for a (Sr.) DPE Engineer and mainly focus on the technology gap that is required for the development of new products, and integrate the resources of each unit to develop the technology gaps required for key new products Scope ///,. From sample introduction, development and application of new equipment/technology/materials/manufacturing processes to mass production introduction of new products.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- ,,,, Established and build a new product technology capability and expertise Responsible for verifying the status of NPI key material number related processes, conduct statistical data analysis of sample production data, and collect material characteristic data to develop development plans for technical gaps based on statistical analysis results, and import them into production after achieving development goals.
- Molex , (NPI) ,, Development new product Fixture & Tool Design capability and knowledge Responsible for designing and developing fixtures and tooling for Molex new products to meet NPI requirements, proactively addressing potential risks to ensure smooth mass production.
- ,, Evaluate new machine and new material to upgraded process capability Responsible for assessing new equipment for capability enhancement and evaluating new materials to meet product requirements, thereby improving overall production processes
- (NPI) , Transfer NPI new technology to product Line Responsible for transferring new NPI products to production and standardizing processes after PE verification
- ,,,, Enhance automation capability for the Product Line Responsible for working with Automation engineer to design new automation machine to improve production efficiency and output keep quality the same meet customer requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- EDUCATION: . Bachelor or above degree
- WORK EXPERIENCE:
- REQUIRED:
- PCB or FPC R&D engineer or Process engineer 15 years above
- PREFERRED:
- FPC multilayer or Rigid-Flex product experience and work for Top 5 FPC or PCB company
