Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Desktop Support Technician based in Taipei City. The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical support for desktop computers, handle troubleshooting tasks, and ensure proper functioning and repairs of computer systems and peripherals, including printers. The responsibilities also involve addressing technical issues, performing diagnostics, and assisting team members with optimizing their IT setups for productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience in providing Technical Support to address and resolve user issues effectively
  • Skills in Printer Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Hands-on expertise in Computer Repair, ensuring optimal system performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Preferably holds an IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+ or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
