1 Handle all IT-related issues for TCS Taiwan users, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.

2 Prepare new laptops with the TCS image, ensuring users have the necessary tools and software.

3 Oversee asset management, keeping track of all IT equipment and ensuring accurate inventory records.

4 Ensure the security and compliance of all laptops, safeguarding sensitive data and adhering to company policies.

5 Handle software license and annual maintenance contract (AMC) renewals to keep our software up-to-date and legally compliant.

6 Provide maintenance and support for the Delivery Center, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
