We&aposre looking for a Design Manager to lead and mentor a team of designers across UI, Visual and Content. You&aposll be a key player in executing our design strategy, managing day-to-day projects, and ensuring high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and support the design team, managing workloads and fostering collaboration with other departments.
- Project Execution: Implement the design strategy, oversee project lifecycles from start to finish, and ensure all work meets brand and quality standards.
- Hands-On: Actively contribute to key projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience, with 2+ years in a lead or management role.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effect, Figma
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent English
