Design Engineer

Location: Vesuvius (Thailand) Ltd. Rayong Salary: THB 40,000 45,000 / month (based on experience and qualifications) Date: Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop machinery, equipment, and engineering components related to steel forming and manufacturing processes.
2. Provide technical support to steel manufacturing plants, including troubleshooting and offering design solutions for process improvement.
3. Create technical drawings and part designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Collaborate with both local and international teams to coordinate with clients, primarily international clients (mainly Indian).
5. Visit client facilities when necessary to inspect or improve machinery and production processes.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design reports and manufacturing support documents.

Requirements:

1. High Vocational Certification or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 23 years of experience in machinery or mechanical component design.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Knowledge or experience in metal manufacturing or steel industry is a plus.
5. Good command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
6. Possess a personal vehicle and be able to travel to client sites as required.
7. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in dynamic environments based on client needs.
