Deputy Manager / Manager, Project Controls

• Develop and implement project control strategies and processes together with Project management and/or development team(s).
• Prepare and maintain project metrics.
• Monitor project performance and analyze progress against established benchmarks.
• Collaborate with project managers/teams and related stakeholders/functions across global offices to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
• Generate and present detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and variances. i.e. POC, CTC/EAC.
• Support contract management and change order processes.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain project updates and address concerns. 
• Enhance workflows and optimise such workflows through continual improvements/automation.
• Key contact for Controls function in terms of compliance/administration of related company policies. 
• Support tender teams in controls-related matters including but not limited to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering /Business /Project Management, or a related field with strong financial literacy 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls within infrastructure or related industry
• Knowledge in project management principles and related software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
