The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with the respective stakeholders to fulfil business needs by managing the acquisition and administration of the employee's employment lifecycle, from identifying hiring requirements to selection criteria, interviews and installation of new hires, engagement, retention, performance management and rewards reviews.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Review acquisition process and methods including HR System and online portals and related platforms to raise awareness for purpose of talent acquisitions
  • Conduct interviews & selection, propose salary recommendations for on-hiring, facilitate internal staff transfers
  • Preparation and tracking of manpower needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reports
  • Partner with line managers and HR COE (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development & HRIS, Talent Management ) to proactively manage and resolve attraction, retention and staffing
  • Partner with Business Leaders on salary reviews exercise and approval
  • Involve in periodic employee engagement survey, analyse findings and work with COE to propose appropriate recommendations to address concerns
  • Be abreast of changing regulatory and HR practices, communicate the implications to Company and implement changes as appropriate
  • Any assigned initiative / projects

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related with at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a fast paced global firm.
  • Possess good experience in sourcing via social media tools
  • Possess keen interest in talent acquisition and HR Management activities
  • Resilient, adaptable, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and work volume
  • Strong communication and people skills, able to interact with people of all levels
  • A positive attitude, and is meticulous and resourceful
