  • Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Systems & Compliance
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (including ISO 9001 compliance / IATF 16949 or IATF 16949 MAQMSR).
  • Lead internal audits, prepare audit reports, and track corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements.
  • Product & Process Quality Assurance
  • Monitor and analyze product and process performance using statistical tools.
  • Lead root-cause investigation and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure process capability and adherence to defined standards.
  • Customer Interface & Issue Resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality matters.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and effective response to customer complaints.
  • Translate Voice-of-Customer (VOC) requirements into actionable quality and operational standards.
  • Monitor customer scorecards and drive actions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and support initiatives that enhance product quality, process capability, and system robustness.
  • Implement and manage the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including planning, deployment, validation, and continuous optimization.
  • Identify, share, and replicate best practices across teams.
  • Leadership & People Development
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and training to quality engineers and technicians.
  • Supervise and develop quality team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a quality-first culture across the site.
  • Supplier Quality
  • Monitor supplier performance and track CAPA with root cause investigation (RCI) and closure.
  • Support qualification and performance management of critical suppliers.
  • Drive supplier corrective actions and develop long-term quality improvement plans with sourcing team.
  • Shelf-Life Management
  • Support and review shelf life extension request to minimize scrap across business.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) — Collaboration with R&D & Business Quality
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
  • Participate design transfer activities to ensure manufacturing readiness across BOM, fixtures, process parameters, and risk assessments.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of QMS, SPC, P-FMEA, Control plan, MSA, DOE, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while leading complex assignments.
  • KPIs
  • Customer complaint rate and resolution cycle time.
  • Internal and external audit performance.
  • CAPA effectiveness and on-time closure.
  • LIMS implementation maturity and data accuracy improvements.
  • Working Conditions
  • On-site role at the Dayuan manufacturing facility.
  • Frequent interaction with production floors, laboratories, and cross-functional teams.
