Your Role
You want to develop AI solutions that have a tangible impact on our Electronics business
Join our international team of digital experts as a Data Scientist! In this role, you will work on transformative use cases achieving measurable impact for our Integrated Supply Chain business functions. You will help translate business requirements into the right solution design and implement effective and robust tools on our internal Data & Analytics platform powered by Palantir Foundry and AWS. Throughout the use case journey, you will collaborate closely with other digital roles (product owners, data analysts, data engineers) and domain experts. As part of a broader team of Data Scientists within our department, and an active community of digital and AI experts across our company, there are many opportunities to grow and continuously learn from each other.
Who You Are
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or a similar field
- 2+ years of professional experience outside academia
- Good knowledge in a broad range of Data Science methods (for example, tabular data ML, time series forecasting, Generative AI, simulation & optimization) with hands-on experience in some areas
- Very good coding skills in Python with experience in collaborative development and rapid prototyping
- Initial experience in building end-to-end applications with basic knowledge in cloud-based stacks for ML Engineering
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and ability to present complex technical concepts to non-expert audiences, paired with a curious mindset and a spirit of taking initiative
- Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a plus
