Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the special analysis of Douyin e-commerce content ecology, exploring ecological issues such as e-commerce content traffic structure and talent value, and deeply participating in the transformation of important ecological bottom layers, such as content transaction value attribution, traffic driving factors, etc. 2. Responsible for the analysis of Douyin e-commerce content ecology strategy, including content operations, author supply incentive strategies, and talent management 3. Exploring and precipitating complex experimental methods such as author incentives and content supply and demand on the Douyin platform, and participating in the design of Douyin e-commerce content experimental framework, negative experimental governance, etc. 4. Responsible for the construction of Douyin e-commerce content ecological indicator system, describing the impact of e-commerce content supply, recommendation strategies, and talent governance strategies on Douyin e-commerce content ecology, providing decision-making support for business and management, and promoting the data productization of e-commerce content ecological business.
Qualifications
1. Work experience related to data analysis, experience in content ecology, search and recommendation system analysis is preferred, economics, computer, statistics, mathematics majors are preferred 2. Have a foundation in machine learning algorithms and a basic understanding of observational data causal inference methods (PSM, DID, causal forest, etc.), and extra points for participating in complex experimental designs (bilateral experimental design, time slice rotation, etc.) 3. Have the knowledge framework for building a data indicator system, and have experience in building an indicator system master basic data analysis methods, have some experience in implementing data into business, and have the ability to write professional analysis reports 4. Have experience in using SQL, R, Python, etc. for data analysis, and those with modeling experience will be selected 5. Have enthusiasm for data science, have a sense of ownership, and have excellent communication and expression skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong coordination and promotion capabilities.
