1. Based on the understanding of Douyin e-commerce consumers and products and massive data, participate in data analysis, experimental design, effect improvement, and data modeling in various scenarios such as product, operation, and research and development 2. Research cutting-edge technologies in the field of data mining or statistical learning, and mine more valuable high-level data based on massive user behavior and content information 3. Actively initiate and promote the implementation of data analysis projects or algorithm strategies that are loyal to consumer value or product experience.

1. Applicants with related backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, data mining, machine learning, computers, economics, etc., with cross-disciplinary backgrounds preferred 2.
