Responsibilities
1. Facing the big data task challenges corresponding to massive data in all product lines of the company (Douyin, Toutiao, Huoshan, etc.), create stable (focusing on quality), efficient (focusing on R&D efficiency), and reliable (focusing on security) big data development and construction services 2. Pursue the ultimate, explore the most advanced data development methods, and create the industry's first-class data development suite products, including but not limited to big data task construction platform, metadata management system, data quality monitoring platform, task operation and maintenance platform, etc. 3. Participate in the entire product process (user research, demand assessment, product design, project management, effect evaluation, etc.), work closely with development to promote high-quality product iteration, and be responsible for the final product results 4. Responsible for operations related to the data platform, establishing user feedback channels, collecting and sorting out user feedback, continuously improving product functions and user experience, and improving tool usage efficiency 5. Participate in product operations, improve product promotion and user training mechanisms, etc., to expand the platform's influence.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of data development or product experience, computer-related majors or development workers are preferred 2. Applicants familiar with knowledge and skills in the field of data development and construction are preferred, including but not limited to: metadata management, data ETL development and testing tools and methods, data quality, data asset management, etc. have strong understanding of data, platforms, and technology 3. Be proficient in using SQL and other languages to troubleshoot and locate problems, and communicate efficiently with the technical team 4. Good language communication and expression skills, self-driven, good at systematic thinking, and strong product design logic 5. Strong user awareness, able to examine, discover and quickly solve problems from the user's perspective 6. Bonus points for those with experience in using Hadoop ecosystem-related development components, including hive, spark, flink, etc. Bonus points for those with experience in data warehouse development.
