Major Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Team building development, architect defining, and foster a collaborative.
2. Responsible for leading data center maintain deepen relationships with key accounts customers and strategic collaborations.
3. Responsible for a-3-year strategic plans to meet business targets, ensuring effective execution and goal attachment.
4. Responsible for developing talent team, to mentor team to align goals and enhance managerial effectiveness.
5. Responsible for execute data center products, establish cross-function collaboration mechanisms to enhance technical service quality.
6. Experience is plus

• Experience in designing 400G/800G/1.6T data center switch products; familiar with switch platform, such as MarvellMellanoxBroadcom...etc.
• Experience in Intel/AMD X86 or ARM CPU product design is a plus.
• Knowledge of high-speed signal SI/PI related to NRZ/PAM4, and an understanding of BMC and CPLD/FPGA are required.
• Ability to provide a comprehensive Data Center Test Plan.
• Familiarity with NRZ/PAM4 SerDes measurement, simulation, and compliance verification experience is preferred.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Engineering and relative.
2. Experience leading cross BU/team with directly manage of 10+ team members.
3. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the data center or ICT industry
4. Fluent in English with communication and presentation abilities.
