Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of receipt, entry, auditing and scrapping of IDC server machines, components and consumables 2. Establish and improve IDC asset management process specifications 3. Ensure the accuracy of the online asset database, identify the person in charge of the asset, and regularly audit server utilization to ensure efficient use of assets 4. Improve the asset resource management system platform, make timely additions and optimizations based on business scenarios, and follow up on demand development and launch 5. Priority will be given to those with experience in self-maintenance management, such as spare parts water level, warehousing, allocation, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of IT technology-related experience or asset management-related experience 2. Strong logical thinking, sensitive to data, data analysis capabilities, familiar with mainstream data visualization tools, and able to visually display asset reports 3. Can use tools to improve work efficiency, and those with scripting capabilities such as Shell/Python are preferred 4. Be able to withstand high work pressure have a strong sense of work responsibility have good communication skills have good teamwork spirit 5. Be able to complete work independently, and have strong ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems have good working document habits, and write and update work processes and technical documents as required in a timely manner 6. Be able to travel to the computer room for on-site asset management and inventory.
