Job Description
We are looking for Chinese - speaking Data Annotators based in Taiwan to support AI and machine learning projects. The role involves reviewing, labeling, and annotating data in Chinese to help improve the accuracy and performance of language models and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Annotate and label text, audio, or image data in Chinese
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and linguistic quality
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines and project instructions
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks within defined timelines
- Provide feedback to improve AI model performance
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese preferred
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in Chinese
- Good command of English for understanding guidelines and instructions
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in data annotation, content moderation, or linguistic roles
- Background in linguistics, journalism, translation, AI, or related fields
- Familiarity with AI, NLP, or language models (training provided if not)
