Data Analyst (real-time retail direction)-Douyin e-commerce

1. Responsible for the analysis of Douyin e-commerce-instant retail business recommendation strategy (content field/shelf store), transaction shopping guide and other related C-end fields, deeply participate in the business development process from 0 to 1, explore the key success factors that affect development, and help find the rapid growth flywheel 2. Build a scientific and comprehensive business indicator system, cooperate with data BP to build the underlying data system, create data dashboards, and improve decision-making efficiency 3. Quickly understand the business, provide timely attribution diagnosis analysis, and explore opportunities/problems to create incremental value for the business.

1. Data analysis background, experience in local life and real-time retail industry is preferred, recommendation strategy (content store/shelf store), transaction shopping guide, etc. One of the analysis directions has been docked for more than half a year 2. Self-driven and proactive, with cases of successful implementation of analysis results, and those who are good at communication and coordination are preferred 3. More than 1 year of data analysis experience, proficient in using SQL, proficient in data analysis and mining languages, such as Python/R.
