Responsibilities
1. Combined with the characteristics of e-commerce business, work with various teams to mine the preference tags related to e-commerce people, products, authors, etc., and form an estimate of tag application scenarios, tag coverage/accuracy and conversion effects within the tag system to help business grow and build a data asset system for e-commerce tags 2. Bind with portrait products and related data products to complete the application of portrait data. At the same time, through tags and portrait analysis, complete the function construction of e-commerce marketing or event scenarios, such as the significance analysis of crowds/author fans, etc. and the implementation of applications, people/goods/talent matching and linkage scenarios, etc. 3. Expand the application of crowd portraits in user rights, user reach, and advertising, which can drive the growth of rights/reach/advertisement and improve ROI through refined user operations 4. Be able to work with the business team to establish a complete analysis link such as effective strategy creation, strategy delivery, and strategy effect recovery (incremental calculation/ROI calculation, etc.). At the same time, be able to effectively establish an e-commerce user analysis system, and cooperate with the business team to form an effective user strategy operation system 5. Special analysis related to user growth, and Ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in at least one database operation, such as Hive/MySQL, etc. familiar with commonly used data analysis methods and mastering at least one analysis tool, such as Excel/Tableau, etc. background in data analysis, development, and algorithms is preferred proficient in using data analysis/mining languages, such as Python/R is preferred 2. Applicants with experience in successful projects related to user growth are preferred, those with experience in Internet data analysis and mobile Internet data analysis and mining are preferred, and students with AB testing experience are preferred 3. Experience in developing user portraits, product labels, etc., as well as label accuracy, experience in application effect recovery and tracking is preferred 4. Can help the business, create and implement scenario strategies through tags, and form effect recovery, as well as incremental and ROI calculations 5.
