Responsibilities
1. Through business understanding, build a complete platform governance indicator system and data monitoring system, and effectively disclose business progress and risks 2. Starting from governance issues such as market environment, industry, merchants, authors, etc., rationally quantify governance standards, analyze and gain insight into the status quo and impact of problems, propose valuable business opportunities, and assist business decisions 3. Independently undertake complex analysis tasks, be good at using various data analysis technologies, implement in-depth data diagnosis, and be able to accumulate key analysis ideas and promote the productization process 4. Actively conduct cross-department communication and collaboration, proactively promote business development and improvement 5. Organize relevant teams to conduct training on data product concepts, skills, and tools, and promote the digital operation of business departments 6. Responsible for the planning, design and promotion of e-commerce business-related page embedding, and establish an A/B Test iteration system.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with 1 year or more experience in data analysis, experience in e-commerce or platform management are preferred, and those majoring in computer, statistics, or mathematics are preferred 2. Have the knowledge framework to build a data indicator system, and have experience in building an indicator system master basic data analysis methods, be familiar with A/B experiments and causal inference, have some experience in applying data to business, and have the ability to write professional analysis reports 3. Proficient in using Excel, SQL, and Hive, and proficient in using at least one data visualization analysis tool. Candidates who are good at R and Python are preferred 4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong ability to withstand pressure, and strong coordination and promotion capabilities.
