Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design and maintain accurate and efficient data models to support the agency compensation analysis
• Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processes
• Create and manage detailed to simulate compensation scenarios ad projections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectives
• Provide intelligence and reporting to monitor the impact of related agency compensation and remuneration
• Leverage various tools and techniques to optimize data accuracy and efficiency
• Understand and incorporate agency distribution metrics into modelling process
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise format
• Automate workflows and analyze large datasets

Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in reporting and visualization tools
• Experience in master Tableau, Python and Excel is highly preferrably
• Knowledge in SQL and scripting and programming languages is a plus
