A Senior Data Analyst responsible for aggregating and analyzing business data to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong mathematical background and be able to leverage data analysis skills to provide valuable insights.

Your Contribution:

  • Data Management and Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Streamlining and improving sales processes to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies. This can involve implementing and managing CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks, such as generating reports, preparing sales materials, and managing customer accounts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and support to the sales team on systems, processes, and best practices

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Experience with industry software such as Salesforce, Oracle and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, with experience in analyzing and reconciling data .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Teamwork, responsible and working good attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to be solution-oriented, solve problems

The Role: The GTM Specialist is responsible for selling the company's products with a focus on developing new distribution and retail partners to sell to end-users. The role involves new account development and expanding existing accounts within the sales channel. It includes creating awareness and demand for company products among geographic or named accounts. Your Contribution: - Develop and execute regional business planning, negotiation, promotion, and sales target achievement. - Manage new channel and business development, build and manage the dealer network, and improve sales. - Enhance brand market influence and market share, ensuring key sales shop performance, brand visibility, product display, promotion execution, and distribution coverage of key and new SKUs. - Maintain routine customer relationships, train, and transfer Logitech product knowledge and information. - Provide daily work reports and feedback. Your Qualifications and Skills: - Strong business planning and negotiation skills. - Experience in channel development and dealer network management. - Ability to enhance brand influence and manage product displays and promotions. - Excellent customer relationship and communication skills. - Proficiency in reporting and feedback processes.
