Job Description

Responsibilities /

  • Handle customers inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner

  • Offer immediate assistances towards complaints

Be One of Us /

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent
  • HKCEE/HKDSE ()
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • Candidates with 1-year or above CS experience / experience in Aviation, Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is highly preferred
