Customer Service Representative

Molex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Optical Connectivity Group for the DataCom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division. This role will support to enter Estimate Delivery Schedule in the system for all purchase order received across different business units in DSS and from external customers. You will work with sales and supervisor to strategically reply status to internal stakeholder or external customer regarding purchase order. This role will provide you the opportunity to build up the knowledge of the world-class sales organization and set for the path to outstanding customer relation professionals.

This role will be in Taipei, Taiwan.

Our Team

Our team: OCG in DataCom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division, EMIT Sales teams etc., external customer and intercompany sales etc.

What You Will Do (Job Description)

  • Order entry accuracy and issue fixed.
  • Meet / Exceed customers expectations on all services provided that include order acknowledgement & confirmation, and delivery commitment W
  • Work with Sales to achieve Billing target.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication including joint the con-call meeting
  • Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by leadership as needed.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Diploma or above
  • English language is mandatory
  • Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to a fast moving and changing environment.
  • Strong skills in data analysis using MS Office products.
  • Experience with SAP managing purchase orders.
  • Above 5 years of relevant Customer Service experience, deal with ODM/OEM business experience in Electric Industry market preferred.
