The Role

Habilidades e Experincia Requeridas
Ensino mdio ou tcnico completo
Experincia prestando suporte de TI
Experincia em ambientes com contato direto com o cliente
Fortes habilidades de comunicao, incluindo por e-mail, telefone e presencialmente
Conhecimentos de Ferramentas de Suporte
Disponibilidade para atuao no modelo presencial nas seguintes localidades:
Foz do Iguau/PR
Vitria/ES
Disponibilidade para atuao em turnos
Conhecimentos de plataformas de mercado (Pacote Office, Windows e demais sistemas operacionais).
Habilidades e Experincia Desejadas
Graduao em Cincia da Computao, Tecnologia da Informao ou rea tcnica relacionada.
