CS Officer (Related to Arts and Cultural) / ()

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers enquiries via telephone and emails for an art district
• Introduce Cultural District facilities
• No sales is required
• Perform shift duties within 09:00 - 21:00 including weekends and public holidays

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 1 year of CS experience is preferred
