We're Hiring | Customer Service & Audit Support
Office-based | Melaka, Malaysia
We're looking for a Customer Service who is ready to grow with us and support our regional audit operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, documentation, and client communication, while also being involved in audit-related activities within the certification field.
What we're looking for:
Experience or familiarity with certification / audit standards.
Willingness to support audit activities when required.
Comfortable working on-site in Melaka, Malaysia.
Your primary responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries, check-ins, agreements, and quotations.
Coordinate schedules and process Transaction Certificates (TCs).
Provide office support for business development, evaluation, and surveillance activities.
Support auditors by organizing daily / weekly audit activities within the region.
Assist in coordinating meetings and training sessions.
Conduct client communications, including phone calls and visits when necessary.
