Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customer and cross function team directly to provide quality service.
  • Reply customer&aposs inquiry in time.
  • Identify issues and analysis to work with teams & suppliers for FA report.
  • Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanism.
  • Quality data creation/collection and analyzing.
  • Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement
  • Manage team for the best of product quality
  • Business trip if needed.

Qualifications

  • BS degree above
  • QC method and experience with quality assurance and issue analysis.
  • Well communication skill and team work.
  • EE and ME technology background.
  • Knowing server / storage / rack computing products.
  • Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
