Join our Team

We&aposre hiring a Customer Project Manager to join our Core Network team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers, technical teams, and other internal groups, ensuring that all core network projects are completed successfully. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while identifying opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of customer projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and building strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in project management processes.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: A bachelor&aposs or master&aposs degree in a related field is required. You should have proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on customer-facing projects. A solid understanding of core network technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, EPC) and telecom network architecture is essential.
  • Skills & Certifications: Strong project management skills are a must, along with proficiency in tools like MS Project or JIRA. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Languages & Attributes: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, a collaborative and agile mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
