Job Description
- Own execution of customer and SoCpartner programs, driving schedules, risks, and milestones.
- Lead crossfunctional alignment across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Serve as the primary program interface to PC OEMs and SoC partners, ensuring clear communication.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, gaps, or misalignment with urgency and clarity.
- Strengthen collaboration opportunities including codesign and covalidation initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
- Has PMP certification and over 5 years of program leadership in PC or server industries.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of PC platforms such as audio, power, haptics, and mixedsignal systems.
- Proven track record managing complex, crossdiscipline, global programs successfully.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
